The room was really clean and had a nice, breezy feel overall. It had good amenities. the location was awesome and really convenient, just a short 10-15 minute stroll to a fancy mall nearby. 🛍️...

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about, I can't recommend highly enough it. Generally, really enjoyed this well-run and fully equipped accommodation with well-trained staff from check-in to check-out......  

This place is located in an awesome spot close to all the nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. You can easily access the beach, tourist attractions, and shopping malls from here. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from!...  

WiFi speed very good. Staff particularly friendly and very accommodating. The in-house restaurant and bar offer very good quality, but a bit expensive. If you want to eat Thai, go across the street

Cleanliness in the bathroom (lime), but is really not serious. The terrace would have heard wiped briefly after heavy rain.

Our room was brand-new, well-appointed with a kitchenette area and sound-proofed windows, had a really good experience. The place had a quiet atmosphere👍😀

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in a lovely secluded area in Patong. The hotel is situated very close to the beach, making it convenient for those who enjoy spending time by the water. The service at this place was exceptional, from check-in to check-out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a wonderful stay and made me feel welcome at all times.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. The location is perfect, the service is exceptional, and the hotel offers a wide range of amenities and facilities that cater to all needs.

Service!. Rooms look like the pictures. Moreover, here, one is obviously still trying to appreciate the guest as such. Our stay was fantastic. Free upgrade, due to construction works to the even bigger suite. Perfect :)

Everything is shaking a little bit. From the shower holder to the socket via buttons and sliding doors as well as toilet paper holder.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, away from the pandemonium of the party area, making it a nice "secluded" area in Patong. The rooms are spacious, with a very comfortable bed and ample space. It was great to have a kitchen and terrace in the room, providing that extra level of convenience and relaxation. I also appreciated having breakfast included in the price, and the good view from the hotel.

All was fine and no improvements needed.

The hotel surpassed all our expectations. The quality, design and attention to detail of all the furniture and fittings, in the appartment, was perfect. The location, although within walking distance of the centre of Patong beach, is in a quiet back street, with very little traffic noise. The reception staff were polite, helpful and spoke very good English This is a cool comfortable place you can rereat to, after a hot day in Phuket, which really feels like a home and not a hotel. Possibly the best beach resort accommodation i have ever stayed in.

The hotel provided a fantastic rooftop pool area that offered relaxation, peace, and quiet. The second thing I enjoyed was the generous service given at the bar. The hotel's prime location enabled it to offer beach towels for those who decided to head to the beach.

I did not have any dislike for this hotel as everything was perfect during my stay.

Lovely new room with plenty of space.Big tv with plenty of Thai stations ..Safe in the room.Nice balcony. Nice small pool on roof .

Very very poor a/c meaning room was too hot .Probably wasn't big enough for the room as overhead that other rooms have 2 a/c units..Although they gave us a fan,its not what I paid for Its located at the far north end of Patong about 20mins walk from the action and about 15 mins walk to the beach. Also hotel is next to a building site at the moment so sitting on Balcony is not peaceful.

the hotel apartment was very well decorated and spacious. The apartments are of a very high standard..the location is not in the heart of the party street, which was ideal for us as its way to sleezy in the other part of town..

no room service, and water in the shower was consistently luck warm..
